Meet Trainer Chels

Specializing in combining the strength-building aspects of Weight Training with the core-focused, flexibility-enhancing benefits of Pilates.

Chels is a NASM-certified personal trainer and the proud owner of Fit Together Studio in Santa Cruz, CA. With years of experience in personal training and group fitness, she is all about helping women get stronger, healthier, and feel their best—no matter what stage of life they’re in. Whether navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or wanting to build long-term healthy habits, Chels is here to support every client every step of the way.

At Fit Together Studio, her biggest passion is creating a safe, fun space where people come together and enjoy working out. She focuses on proper form and providing modifications so everyone can work at their own pace. Even in a group setting, Chels ensures that clients feel one-on-one care and attention to help them reach personal goals. She wants clients to look forward to their workouts and feel great knowing they can bring their kids along too. There’s nothing Chels loves more than seeing people take time for themselves and prioritize their health and happiness.

Meet Trainer Hannah


Hannah’s journey began in the performing arts world, where she trained at a performing arts school and danced with two prestigious companies. As the youngest dancer accepted to a major New York company, her extensive background in dance instilled a love for movement, grace, and discipline.

Today, she’s passionate about making fitness fun and relatable, bringing her expertise to both strength and barre classes at Fit Together Studio. Through her certifications, Hannah has developed a deep appreciation for weightlifting, focusing on its role in supporting longevity and empowering women to feel strong and confident in their bodies.

Her classes are a perfect blend of her dance background and love for strength training, combining grace with power. Expect a fun, challenging experience that leaves you feeling energized, strong, and ready to tackle your day!

Meet Trainer Lorianna


Lorianna, originally from Kenya and raised between Africa and England, has always had a passion for fitness. A former competitive swimmer and avid surfer, she sees movement as a key to balance, healing, and longevity.

After several years teaching group fitness classes like sculpt and heated Pilates, she sought to deepen her expertise. She earned certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates through Balanced Body and became a NASM-certified personal trainer, recognizing the powerful synergy between strength training and Pilates.

Lorianna is dedicated to empowering others, particularly women, to feel stronger, more confident, and connected to their bodies. She creates a supportive and fun environment where clients leave feeling energized, uplifted, and at their best.

Meet Trainer Maya

Maya’s passion for movement began with Yoga and Mat Pilates, igniting a deep interest in the mind-body connection. She quickly fell in love with power of Pilates, particularly in fostering strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Maya is dedicated to offering thoughtful, functional movement that emphasizes proper alignment, form, and core engagement. Her certifications and teaching philosophy centers on quality over quantity, prioritizing mindful, effective movement patterns that promote long-term health. With a particular focus on women's health, Maya strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment where clients can build strength and confidence at their own pace.

In her classes, expect to be challenged in a way that feels empowering, while also having fun and learning to honor your body’s unique needs.

Meet Trainer Terresina

Terresina is a fully certified Pilates instructor with a diverse background in movement, including cheerleading, yoga, and gymnastics. Passionate about empowering women through all stages of life, she focuses on pre- and postnatal health while prioritizing core strength, spinal mobility, and overall well-being.

Believing that Pilates is beneficial for every body, Terresina tailors her instruction to help clients move with greater ease and live pain-free. In her Mat Pilates and Pilates Sculpt classes, you’ll be challenged with classic Pilates exercises, enhanced with weights and props for a contemporary twist, leaving you feeling strong, energized, and uplifted.
