What does "kid friendly" mean?
From newborn to 5 years old (if your child is over 5 and you’d like to bring them, just reach out!), we have a Montessori-themed kids’ area where little ones can play independently or stay close to mom on the mat—or a mix of both. Babies are welcome to lay out, crawl around, be held, stay in a stroller, or breastfeed as needed. We create a supportive environment where parents can feel comfortable bringing their little ones along, making fitness a fun and inclusive experience.

What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and some water! Shoes are optional—most people choose to work out barefoot. We provide all the equipment you need, including mats, weights, and more.

What does my experience level need to be?
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or have years of experience. We focus on proper form and offer modifications to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged at their own pace.

Are classes pregnancy safe?
Our classes are designed to be adaptable for all stages of pregnancy (& postpartum). We offer modifications to ensure movements are safe and supportive for your changing body. If you're expecting, let your instructor know so we can provide the best guidance for you. Always check with your healthcare provider before starting a new workout routine during pregnancy.

Do I need to sign up ahead of time?
All booking is done through our website, and we ask that you sign up ahead of time to help with planning. However, we know mom life can be unpredictable—so if a spot is open, feel free to rush in, sign up, and join us!

At FTS, we believe in the power of female strength, which is unique and deserves to be supported in a space that understands it. We use a science-backed approach to female fitness, tailored to the specific needs of women at every stage of life. Our women-only environment helps create a community where you can feel comfortable, empowered, and fully focused on your fitness journey without distractions. (but keep your eye out for occasional classes where we invite the men to join!)
